Members of the public are invited to the latest in a series of genealogy drop-in sessions at Central Library to find out more about their family history.

Volunteers from the Swindon branch of the Wiltshire Family History Society are working with Swindon Libraries to continue their series of free family history help sessions with the next one taking place on Wednesday (21 Feb).

Anyone is welcome, from complete beginners inspired by the BBC’s Who Do You Think You Are?, to more experienced genealogists who may appreciate a fresh perspective.

The team of experienced researchers from the Wiltshire Family History Society will be on hand to advise people, helping them trace the story of their ancestors.

The sessions have been organised in partnership with the Local Studies team at the Regent Circus library.

There is no need to book with those interested invited to visit the session any time between 2pm and 4pm.

The family history workshop will take place in the Local Studies section of Central Library on Floor 2.
